It’s fall, and that means we are pressing cider here at The Farmstand. Every few days we press another 15 bushels or so of apples from our orchard, and from nearby neighbor’s trees. Each batch is a unique blend of different apples, and as pure as it gets, unpasteurized, and containing nothing but fresh pressed apple juices. Grab a gallon or half gallon in our cider house today!
There's a real Currier & Ives warmth to this inn. Yes, it's immaculately clean, well maintained, and cozy-comfortable with sincere country-hospitality. But beyond that as you gaze down from the porch on the bubbling Chocorua River and ancient mill falls surrounded by the quaint New England village of Chocorua, there's a peacefulness that seems so elusive in the modern world ... like a calm pastoral feeling from times past. I loved the tiny town of Tamworth (10 min drive) and beautiful Chocorua Lake (5 min). Breakfast here is SUPER and real home-cooked ... great price as well. We'll almost certainly be back.
